DoD Enterprise Business Systems Acquisition Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist to support an ACAT-1B program. Must be strategic thinker and have the ability to break down complex issues into well thought out decision points, and interpret and compose complex correspondence and presentations for leadership. Experience in leading Acquisition planning and respective required DoD documents during the planning of a development program. Immediate hire.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Federal Program Management
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience is required with federal enterprise programs
  • Understanding of DoD Acquisition processes and documentation
  • Strong understanding of DoD Acquisition Lifecycle, its phases, and program milestone reviews
  • Well organized with strong writing/editing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experienced with complex Enterprise Business Systems requirements development and management
  • Acquisition Program Office experience
  • Familiarity of DoD Instruction 5000.02 and 5000.75
